Five filmmakers agreed to make one short film every 30 days for six
months. Each. Five years later, over 4000 short films were made by
750 filmmakers from across the whole big planet. We were the largest short film content generator in the world.

Photo) and Joel Zwick (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) were each presented with the
Group101Films OVATION Award in recognition for inspiring us to get
off our asses every month.

AMC-TV commissioned several years worth of original short horror movies from Group101Films for their annual Halloween broadcasts. Hundreds of filmmakers from around the globe spent 30 days each summer creating boo scary movies that played on AMC-TV alongside horror movie classics.
